1. About Sunrise Academy
Sunrise Academy ("we", "us", "our") provides extra classes in Mathematics, Technical Mathematics, Physical Science and Technical Science for Grade 8–12 learners in Lebowakgomo, Limpopo. By registering or using our platform, you ("the learner" or "the parent/guardian") agree to these Terms.
2. Enrolment & Approval
All learner sign-ups require admin approval before access is granted to the dashboard, classes and learning materials. We may decline or revoke approval at our discretion (for example for non-payment, misconduct or providing false information).
3. Fees & Payments
- Monthly tuition is payable in advance and recorded by the admin on the platform.
- A learner remains responsible for full monthly fees regardless of attendance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Receipts and payment history are available on the learner's dashboard.
- Fees may be reviewed annually; learners will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
4. Attendance & Conduct
Learners are expected to attend scheduled classes punctually, treat tutors and peers with respect, and follow our code of conduct. Disruptive behaviour, cheating or harassment may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
5. Results & Progress Tracking
Test scores and progress records are stored to help learners and parents track improvement. While we work hard to support each learner, we do not guarantee specific academic results or grades.
6. Intellectual Property
All notes, worksheets, recordings and digital materials shared on the platform remain the property of Sunrise Academy. They are for personal study only and may not be redistributed, resold or shared publicly.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Notify us immediately at sunriseinc6@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
8. Termination
Either party may end the arrangement with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend access for breach of these Terms, non-payment or misuse of the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sunrise Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to any learner is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.
